For print and packaging

What we hear from you

  • RFQs arrive with missing details.
  • Job tickets need repeated data entry.
  • Artwork and files need checks before work proceeds.
  • Customers ask where their job is.
  • Press-fleet reports draw on scattered sources.

Agents we could build (examples)

Turns requests into draft quotes from your price list and templates.

Nothing is sent without your OK.

An agent like Lio for your job tickets and files.

Where you stay in control

Low-confidence fields go to a person to check.

An agent like Rhea for your fleet reports.

Where you stay in control

You review before it is shared.

We can build one like this for you

An agent like Mila for your inbox.

You approve replies before they go out.

We can build one like this for you

An agent like Elia for your customer chat.

How it works

  1. 01

We design your own agent. Agree the information and checks for one workflow.

  2. 02

An agent prepares a quote, job ticket or file-check list.

  3. 03

Your team approves before a reply is sent or the job proceeds.

  4. 04

Exceptions go to a person and actions are logged.

File checks flag issues for review. Final approval stays with your team.

Your data stays in your own systems.

Client work we built

BEL: the Overprint Cloud agent fleet

BEL (Greece), management software for label, carton, flexible packaging and commercial printers.

Challenge
In print, quotes take days, delays surface too late and answers sit in spreadsheets. Better dashboards alone do not reduce the workload.
What we built
Agents, one job each, from quote to delivery. Valdo drafts quotes and cost trees. Primo spots material shortages and drafts purchase orders. Fabrice re-plans the production schedule. Vera tracks machines and maintenance. Quinn raises nonconformities and corrective actions. Travis gets finished jobs out the door. Tracey keeps customers informed. Claire answers business questions in plain language.
How it works
Every agent runs the same loop: read the live MIS data, draft the action, wait for a person's approval, then act and inform the rest of the fleet. The agents run on top of a full Print MIS and MRP.
